EXCHANGE & RETURN 

In the rare case you’re not 100% satisfied with  supplies, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 30 days from the moment it was received(the shipping fees will be payed by the customer). Alternatively we can issue you a store credit to place another order.

we will provide exchange & exchange service, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The items must not be seconds, samples, customised personalised items or gift cards;
  2. Where possible all refunds will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an alternative refund tender will be offered;
  3. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached); 
  4. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return

To return or exchange a product simply email us to receive the back instructions and shipping back address. pls following below steps:

  1. Send at [email protected] 2 -3 pictures of the item(s) along with the reason for return within 15 workdays from receipt. Insert the order number like #3008 in the email subject.
  2. Once you receive the shipping back address, you may ship the product(s) via a courier of your choice within 15 workdays of receiving the product. We suggest providing tracking number for any returns, as lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements. 
  3. Once the item is returned at our warehouse you will receive a refund notification. Please allow 2-7 working days for the transaction to appear on your account.

Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.

*Only defective or regular priced items can be fully refunded. All other returns will be reimbursed as store credit.

  • REPORT A MANUFACTURER DEFECT

If damage is discovered within 15 workdays of your item being delivered, please report the damage to send us emails and we will provide a replacement item at zero cost to you.

If your item was delivered more than 15 days ago, please email us at [email protected] with the order number and customer information from the original order.  Please include photos of the defect as this will help to expedite the claim process.  Please keep in mind that a manufacturer defect is a defect in a product that occurred during manufacturing and does NOT include issues that arise from regular wear and tear.
